Make your own report on identitytheft.gov and report that you are being falsely accused. Report the false accusation to IC3.gov also and your state Attorney General's Office, and that will cover your bases, also make a report directly with the FBI which you can do online. Once you make those reports, you have nothing to worry about at all, plus it takes SOLID EVIDENCE to convict someone of ID Theft, simple speculation is not evidence.
