Damned straight! I've been through probably about 20 so-called hurricanes
and tropical storms aboard my boat. Even rode out Andrew and it was way
overhyped. It was only strong in about a ten-mile diameter circle. The eye
passed by me about 25 miles to the north and we only got sustained winds
of about fifty-sixty MPH.

The assholes blocked everybody from entering the Keys for a whole day and
made them wait in Homestead by closing the 18-mile stretch into the Keys.
They said the Keys were *gone*. Fucking idiots and liars! There weren't
even any trees down - just a few branches in the upper Keys and nothing at
all down in the middle and lower Keys. No power lines down either. There
were some power outages because most of the electricity comes from the
mainland and some of those lines went down.

just about every patch of clouds and rain a tropical storm these days.
They put out those dumb lists of how many tropical storms and hurricanes
are going to happen then they have to pad the list with any little windy
and cloudy day by calling it a tropical storm just to make the list seem
valid. Duh! And millions of dumbass Americans fall for it.
